We have an amazing opportunity in Maitland, FL for a Bilingual Medical Receptionist who enjoys working with an upbeat team of professionals that are truly dedicated to creating a QUALITY Patient Care Experience. This is a dynamic workplace, and the right candidate will provide important support to the organizations mission statement as well as presenting a professional face for the company to the diverse patients passing through the front doors daily.

SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

? This job is ideal for someone with clear communication skills both written and verbal. You will be the first point of interaction patients have with our office. You will be The Ambassador of First Impressions!

? Our office is State of the Art. So you will need a strong comfort with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) for easy scheduling of patient appointments, entering new Patient Demographics, verifying medical Insurance coverage and processing prior authorizations/referrals.

? Excellent Customer Service on the phone and in person. When working the front desk you will greet all patients in a way that provides a welcoming environment as they enter the office.

? Basic office/clerical tasks including data entry, use of office equipment such as fax, scanner, copier and printer.

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma is required. If you have 2+ years of experience in as a Medical/Healthcare Receptionist and love providing helpful services to patients on a daily basis then this is the job for you.
