Job Description:
Immediate need for workforce management professional seeking a
dynamic organization to join. In this workforce management role you
will be forecasting and reporting on call volume demand and
directing the scheduling of sufficient staff and training for
appropriate skills based routing, based on historical and
anticipated call volume. In this workforce management role you will
also be responsible for analyzing real time and historical contact
center performance and identifying opportunities to improve
performance. This workforce management role will require 3+ years
experience in Workforce Management, strong experience with
scheduling, forecasting, and workforce management software such as:
Genesys, IEX, Aspect and Blue Pumpkin as well as proficiency in MS
Office products and familiarity with database concepts and strong
experience with forecasting methods and concepts for multiple lines
