If you're ready to start learning, growing and making an impact with a career in fintech, we'd like to know: Are you FIS?About the role:In this Product Management role, you'll benefit from our heavy investment in R&D as you build and roll-out new products for the rapidly changing fintech landscape.The Deposit Product Manager role is pivotal for the lifecycle management,planning, and high-quality delivery of FIS Deposits products, enhancements, and releases to the market.In order to advance the way, the world pay, banks and invests, you'll manage life-cycle planning activities for the delivery of new products and ensure changes in market and business priorities are reflected.What you will be doing:

• Responsibilities will span across various domains including Customer, Demand Deposits, Time Deposits, IRAs, Safe Deposit Box, General Ledger, Transaction Processing, and Year End Tax Processing.
• Preparing and presenting product plans that identify risks and challenges, opportunities and growth strategies.
• Lead the development and enhancement of core banking products, ensuring they meet customer needs and align with the company's strategic goals.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, compliance, and customer service, to ensure seamless product development and launch.What you will need:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on core banking systems.
  • Strong understanding of core banking systems, data analysis tools, and regulatory requirements.
  • MIN. 2 years of experience with Demand Deposits and Time Deposits
  • MIN. 2 years of experience with Safety Deposit Box and General Ledger
  • MIN. 2 years of experience with Transaction Processing and End Year-end Tax Processing
  • Must have meticulous attention and strategic oversight
  • --Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
  • --Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.Added bonus if you have:
    • Knowledge of FIS products and services or similar Fintech solutions
    • Banking experience

The pay range for this full-time position is $117,620.00 - $197,580.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
