Pool Repair Manager (in Training)

Previous pool repair experience is required. We are seeking a career-minded, hard-working, customer-focused, team player for a rewarding full-time position with competitive compensation. Responsibilities:
--- Provide written detailed quotes for pool equipment
--- Explain recommended repairs
--- Install and diagnose equipment including pool automation, variable speed pumps, heaters, filters, salt systems, lighting, and electrical
--- Keep records of services performed including pictures
--- Instruct clients on best practices for maintaining their pool

Qualifications:
--- Three years or greater in pool repairs & service experience
--- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary
--- Management experience is a plus
--- Able to diagnose and repair automation, plumbing, heaters, electrical
--- Pool renovation experience a plus
--- Problem-solving skills
--- Computer and software skills
--- Florida Drivers license with good driving record
--- No criminal background
