  • Act as Compliance Monitoring Manager (CMM) for EASA and UKCAA
  • Act as Safety Manager (SM) for SIMCOM training centers
  • Interpret regulatory requirements published by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) and other National Aviation Authorities (NAAs) as applicable and insure QMS processes support continuous compliance with such regulations.
  • Establish and maintain quality management system (QMS), compliance management system (CMS), and safety management system (SMS) programs and documentation to ensure the organization's activities are carried out in compliance with applicable regulatory requirement
  • Create, review and update QMS, CMS, and SMS manuals, procedures, and instructions
  • Ensure the QMS/CMS program and activities is properly implemented, maintained, and improved upon
  • Create and complete annual internal audit scheduled to cover all applicable parts of the organization
  • Conduct routine internal audits to ensure operations are carried out in compliance with the applicable regulatory standards
  • Initiate, approve, and monitor correct action and corrective action plans for non-conformities discovered within the QMS/CMS
  • Perform root cause analysis and risk assessments of discovered non-compliances
  • Select and train employees to act a internal auditor
  • Ensure all employees are adequately trained on applicable QMS, CMS, and SMS processes
  • Monitor and manage control of QMS/CMS documents and records
  • Collect and analyze data FSTD & CMS Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
  • Supervisory/management experience preferred
