Our talented people empower us, and we believe in being part of a team that is open, collaborative, entrepreneurial, passionate and above all fun.About the teamThe Online Debit Certification Team is responsible for the analysis, configuration, execution, and validation of simulated test transactions in the User Acceptance Test Debit environment.What you will be doing-- You will manage a team of professional services employees and assigns employees to specific client engagement projects with a goal of effectively balancing resource utilization needs with planning targets, skills allocation, actual utilization and staffing levels.-- You will work with consulting management team, program/project managers and client relationship managers to identify type of technical and business resources needed.-- You will assemble teams qualified to perform work and be financially aligned with project budget and schedule plans. The pay range for this full-time position is $97,870.00 - $164,410.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
