Successful candidates will be responsible for areas including, but not limited to, the following:Responsibilities:Monitor and enforce compliance of communication to clients while promoting a positive work environmentReview reports and goals to identify areas for coaching and developmentAudit case files to ensure employees are working efficiently and communicating regularly and effectively to the clientsDevelop strategic initiatives to build shared standards and processesIdentify specific topics where additional training and coaching should be done.Communicate to staff what needs to be done to reach compliance with goals.Establish, enable, and execute additional processes for auditing performanceBuild relationships with case staff and attorneys across the firmQualificationBachelor's degree in business administration or related field or equivalent work experience2+ years of paralegal or litigation experience in the personal injury industryExceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skillsWorking knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processesAbility to work both independently and in a group settingBe adaptable, curious and creatively solve problems in an evolving space, capable of managing complexity while maintaining a sense of balance#LI-CO1BenefitsMorgan & Morgan is a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to protecting the people, not the powerful.
