• Great company cultureJob DetailsWe are seeking a highly motivated Permanent Land Planning and Pre-Development Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing multiple projects, Bluebeam, Landscape Architecture License, and Professional Engineering License. This is a full-time position that offers competitive salary and benefits packages.Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple land planning and pre-development projects from conception to completion
  • Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to gather necessary information for planning and design
  • Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and presentations to clients and stakeholders
  • Lead project team meetings and provide regular updates on project progress
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Manage project risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Foster a positive team environment and promote a culture of excellenceQualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
    • Landscape Architecture License and/or Professional Engineering License required
    • 2+ years of experience in land planning and pre-development project management
    • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Proficiency in Bluebeam and other project management software
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
