We are looking to add to our team a pool repair manager with 5 years or more pool repair and diagnosis experience. Strong communication and organization skills are important traits needed for this position. If you have a desire to learn new technologies and want to excel in your career, you may be the right person we are looking for.

Responsibilities:
--- Manage Repair Department
--- Provide written detailed quotes
--- Sales, including calls and customer service
--- Install and diagnose equipment including pool automation, variable speed pumps, heaters, filters, salt systems, lighting and electrical.
--- Keep records of services performed including pictures
--- Instruct clients on best practices for maintaining their pool

Qualifications:
--- Five years or greater in pool repairs & service experience
--- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary
--- Management experiences
--- Able to diagnose and repair automation, plumbing, heaters, electrical
--- Pool renovation experience a plus
--- Problem-solving skills
--- Computer and software skills
--- Florida Drivers license with good driving record
--- No criminal background
