motivated, skilled, and experienced Land Development Manager to
join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial
role in the acquisition, development, and management of land for
construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity to join a
rapidly expanding company, where you will have the ability to
influence and shape our future growth. Responsibilities:As a
Permanent Land Development Manager, your duties will include but
are not limited to:1. Identifying and evaluating potential land
acquisitions, conducting thorough land valuation analysis, and
presenting findings to executive management.2. Overseeing the
entire land development process from initial planning and
feasibility analysis through to project completion.3. Collaborating
with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and
contractors, to ensure the successful execution of development
plans.4. Negotiating land acquisition deals and contracts, ensuring
compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.5. Developing and
maintaining strong relationships with landowners, local
authorities, and other stakeholders.6. Managing project budgets,
schedules, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time
and within budget.7. Keeping up-to-date with market trends and
industry developments to ensure our company remains
competitive.Qualifications:To be considered for this exciting role,
you must meet the following qualifications:1. A Bachelor's degree
in Business, Real Estate, Construction Management, or a related
field.2. A minimum of 2+ years of experience in land acquisition
and development, preferably within the construction industry.3.
Strong knowledge of land valuation methods and principles.4.
Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.5. Proven
ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion.6.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the
ability to build strong relationships with a variety of
stakeholders.7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with
a keen eye for detail.8. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
Suite and project management software.9. A valid driver's license
