Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Provider Experience to join
their team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement contact center strategies to improve
performance metrics and drive accountability
Maintain contact center KPIs and drive quality improvement through
system monitoring and problem resolution
Lead and motivate a team, provide coaching and mentoring, and
oversee individual and team performance
Required Qualifications:
Proven leadership experience in a service environment, preferably a
contact center
Healthcare Benefits/Insurance industry experience is a strong
plus
Ability to implement solutions with little supervision and provide
mentorship to their team
Strong technology skills, particularly with Microsoft products
Proven staff development experience in coaching, mentoring, and
performance management
