Job Description
Prepare the risk evaluation of the Asset Productivity & Control
function.
Evaluate and propose corrective actions to identified risks
associated with the Global Asset Productivity Transformation
Program in the following areas, as it related to our assets
(inventory).
Asset/Inventory Control
Customer Experience
Sustainability
People
Compliance
Asset Productivity Business Performance
Oversee the roll out of the global standard Asset Control processes
and Asset Productivity Transformation program and ensure these are
aligned with internal & external compliance rules, business
performance objectives and FMCS.
Support the development, maintenance and update of asset control,
finance and business processes, policies and procedures, Standards
of Conduct and Disclosures and segregation of duties.
Support the creation of a strong Business Continuity model for the
Asset Control function Globally.
Review and advise on Asset Control associated risks on process, and
organizational transformation for Asset Control Globally, including
Asset Efficiency, Asset Protection, Legal Title, Asset Recovery and
Audit & Investigation.
Create reports on a regular basis, and as direct or requested, to
ensure that senior management is informed of the operation and
progress of risk & compliance efforts
Location: Preferred location is Orlando, FL. Will consider strong
applicants in Atlanta, GA or in Madrid, Spain (locals).

The improvement of key Asset Control & Productivity Metrics -
reduced Cycle time, improved leakage, Flow Through Ratio
improvement and Capex/Sales ratio improvement.
The improvement of the different identified areas of risk (Asset
Control, Customer Experience, Sustainability, People, Compliance
and Asset Productivity Business Performance)
The design, proposal and creation of a strong control environment
for Asset Productivity Transformation
Timely and qualitative delivery of improved and standardized Asset
Control Processes Globally in alignment with Global Asset Control
Strategy
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential for
interpreting root-causes.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree required, major in Finance/Accounting
preferred.
CPA preferred
Master's in business administration or finance preferred
Desirable Qualifications:
Bilingual in Spanish
Related professional accreditations
Experience
10-15 years Finance/Control/Audit experience in a results-driven,
metric orientated business environment
Has experience in driving change management and process
standardization across markets and designated team
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Remote Management and Managing in a matrix experience
Strong business and financial acumen
Relationship builder, excellent communicator, and organizer
