Con-Air is looking for a Product Manager. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a product strategy that drives growth and revenue for the company. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the product meets the needs of the market and customers.

  Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify customer needs and market trends.

  Develop and execute a product strategy that aligns with business goals and objectives.

  Define product requirements and work with cross-functional teams to develop product roadmaps and timelines.

  Develop and launch new products and features.
  
  
• 
  Develop pricing and positioning strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
  
  
• 
  Analyze product performance and user engagement to identify areas for improvement.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies and drive adoption of new products.
  
  
• 
  Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape.
  
  
• 
  Bachelor's degree
  
  
• 
  Prior experience as a Product Manager or Junior/Associate Product Manager is preferred
  
  
• 
  Working effectively with cross-functional teams
  
  
• 
  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
  
• 
  2-3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred
