Account Manager - Solid Surface/Countertops -We are looking for
an experienced Account Manager to join our growing team! The
Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of
clients and driving sales growth within their assigned territory
while meeting sales quotas for both sheet and shape as well as
adhesive sales. The Account Manager collaborates closely with the
company's distribution locations to establish and nurture strong
relationships and working together to achieve mutual goals.Job
Type: Full Time, On-siteResponsibilities for the Account
Manager:
- Manage and develop relationships with clients within the
assigned territory to drive sales growth and achieve targets.
- Identify and establish direct accounts with customers,
cultivating relationships and providing exceptional service to
enhance loyalty.
- Support marketing efforts by delivering product information,
conducting demonstrations, and providing educational resources to
architects and designers.
- Respond promptly to leads and sample requests, ensuring
accurate and detailed information is provided to potential
customers.
- Collaborate with distributors in the assigned territory to
establish and achieve sales goals, ensuring strong partnerships and
customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing
insights and recommendations to drive growth and stay ahead in the
industry.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, such as
sales, marketing, and customer service, to deliver comprehensive
support to clients and foster a seamless customer
experience.Requirements of the Account Manager:
- Minimum 3 years of Sales and Account Management experience in
the Solid Surface/Countertop market
- Experienced and knowledgeable withmaterials such as, granite,
laminate, quartz, veneer, panels, board, hardware, and
cabinets.
- Willing and available to travelling 25-50% of the time
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experienced in selling through independent distribution
channels and understanding of the fabrication processes.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office SuiteAll qualified applicants
