    Acousti is looking for a Risk Manager out of our corporate office in Orlando, Florida location.
    Roles and Responsibilities
    The Risk Manager will oversee the organization comprehensive insurance and risk management program, assessing and identifying risks that could impede the reputation, safety, security, or financial success of the organization.
    For this role, you will be responsible for:

    • Conducts risk assessments, collecting and analyzing documentation, statistics, reports, and market trends.
    • Establishes policies and procedures to identify and address risks in the organizations services and departments.
    • Manages company insurance policies.
    • Prepare action plans to decrease risk factors.
    • Identify financial, safety or security risks that the organization my face.
    • Prepare a risk-management budget.
    • Reviews and assesses risk management policies and protocols; makes recommendations and implements modifications and improvements.
    • Recommends and implements risk management solutions such as insurance, safety and security policies, business continuity plans, or recovery measures.
    • Reviews and analyzes metrics and data such as cash flow, inventory, breakage, and employee activity that could uncover fraudulent behavior.
    • Drafts and presents risk reports and proposals to executive leadership and senior staff.
    • Performs other duties as directed.

      Additional Qualifications that will make you successful in the role:

      • Bachelor degree in business, risk management or related field.
      • Professional Risk Manager (PRM) certification a plus
      • 5+ years of experience in a similar role within a construction company
      • Prior experience working with insurance companies.
      • Strong working knowledge of risk management and previous experience working with risk.
      • Ability to handle private, sensitive, and confidential information appropriately.
      • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
      • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
      • Team Player, willingness to "roll up your sleeves" and do whatever is necessary
      • Honesty, integrity and strong desire to be successful
      • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
      • Can-do, positive attitude.
