The eCASS Fourth-Generation Electro-Optic (EO4) Program Manager
will have the responsibility for execution of a US Navy development
program, including design, development, fabrication, assembly,
integration, test, and delivery of the EO4 subsystem. The EO4
Program Manager will also be responsible for working with other
Lockheed Martin businesses to incorporate additional capabilities
onto the EO4 system (ex. IRST) in support of the Navy.
The EO4 Program Manager will report directly to the Enterprise Test
Solutions (ETS) Senior Program Manager. This position will require
a skill mix of program execution and capture/proposal management,
with specific focus on Navy development and production.
The Program Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the
program execution (cost, schedule, technical) as well as ROS
(sales, orders EBIT) commitments to the Corporation. The selected
candidate will lead and integrate professionals from engineering,
supply chain, and operations to ensure performance to the contract
baseline. The candidate must be able to integrate disparate data
during execution, be able to drive appropriate processes, identify
and manage issues/risks/opportunities, and develop correction
action path forward when necessary.
The ability to create, maintain, and leverage Customer and Supplier
relationships will be a priority is this position. A large portion
of the EO4 contract directly for the Navy is being executed through
a subcontractor, thus being able to manage the supplier's cost,
schedule and technical performance is key. Concurrently,
responsibilities may include capture and preparation of the
production phase of the program. The cross-business contracts
includes both program execution efforts and proposal activities,
with focus on technical collaboration across the teams.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee
selected for this position will work part of their work schedule
remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed
Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed
during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate
work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our
employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day
work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules
provide employees with additional time away from the office and are
in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
