Operations Director - Revenue Management
The Company:
An industry leader in the field of Revenue Management, Health IT, and Health Tech, this company provides a One Stop Shop Offering that takes care of their client's entire revenue cycle, from claim submissions to denial follow-ups. With over 30 years in the industry, this client provides solutions that combine the latest technologies in AI, machine learning, and blockchain to the healthcare RCM industry.The Opportunity:
This position is responsible for supporting the growth of the organization by managing all client relationships, standards, implementations and fulfillment of all obligations to their clients. This position will work with the global delivery team to ensure proper RCM functions and processes are optimally performed.
The qualified candidate will be well rewarded for their effort. The total compensation package will include a base and bonus plan, excellent benefits, paid vacation and access to an excellent company 401k program.

• Do you have at least 8 years of Successful operations experience in Revenue Cycle Operations?
  
• Do you understand Laboratory and Hospital Revenue Management with high volume and value receivables?
  
• Do you have experience working with global teams in a complex, IT-driven environment?
  
• Are you comfortable in a KPI-driven environment?
