-Job Description: -We will train motivated candidates!We are a full-service contractor that is in business to serve with the highest level of integrity and benefit to our customers. We hold the highest value, when compared to any other roofing, solar or general contracting companies in the industry with the mass of capabilities and services that we provide.You will be Consulting -and learning to help train -new sales reps on identifying storm damage, knocking doors, doing roof inspections, educating the homeowner on the insurance claim or retail sales process. We will be offering a free in-home/office roof inspection and solar consultations for home and business owners.Qualified candidates will have Sales and Customer service experience, -be well presented, self-starters, organized and able to work with minimal supervision. Ideal candidate will be able to effectively communicate and overcome objections.Consultants will be taught how to find their own customers, but are often given warm leads.________________________________________________________________________________________ -W2 and 1099 Schedule C (paid weekly) opportunities.-Fast start signing bonuses for experienced sales or applicable education experience.-10-12 % Commissions on all money collected from self generated sales. (Average sale volume is $15000 per contract.
