help clients. FFF (as we call ourselves) has been around for over a
decade and currently employs a growing team of 40 people. -
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: -We are currently seeking a dynamic Client
Onboarding Manager to oversee our Intake Specialist team by
delegating tasks and responsibilities to team members, working
diligently and proactively to resolve any bottlenecks and providing
support to our attorneys and Client Engagement Specialist while
delivering on our Firm's mission to provide unparalleled client
experience.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU: - -This Client Onboarding Manager position
offers an annual starting salary of $55,000 with additional earning
potential.

Responsibilities:
--- Develop and train team members on leadership skills
--- Handle arising concerns with clients
--- 1:1 meetings with Intake Specialist
--- Delegate projects and initiatives to Intake staff
--- Interview, hire, and train new employees
--- Eliminate bottlenecks
--- Conduct weekly team meetings
--- Manage processes for entering and responding to leads within
the same business day
--- Communicate and support attorneys and Client Engagement
Specialists to ensure streamlined onboarding experiences
--- Manage and optimize leads in the CRM system
--- Provide an unparalleled client experience for our potential
clients and community partners.
Qualifications:
--- High School Diploma or equivalent
--- Associates Degree preferred
--- Minimum of three years of customer service experience
required
--- Minimum of two years of management experience required
--- Client-centric mindset
--- Relentlessly optimistic attitude
--- Critical thinking and decision-making skills
--- Excellent spelling, grammar, verbal and written communication
skills
--- Basic math skills
--- Ability to simultaneously handle multiple tasks and
projects
--- Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced
environment
--- Leadership skills
--- Previous experience with CRM and/or case management software
desired
--- Sales experience is highly valued
--- Legal industry experience preferred
