- Complete in-house diagnostic laboratory.
- Two surgery suites with complete monitoring equipment and

dynamic practice manager to play a vital role in the AVC leadership
team and the practice's day-to-day operations. The practice manager
will support our team by providing technical support, training, and
mentorship. Candidates must demonstrate professionalism,
dependability, strong communication skills, and the ability to take
the initiative to work independently and multitask in a hands-on

in our hospital. Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- CVPM or Bachelor's degree
- Two years in a management role
- Advanced computer skills and the ability to become proficient
in the use of practice management software (Ezyvet)
- Organized, independent, and excellent communicator
- Empathetic and respectful to teammates and
clientsResponsibilities & Duties:
- Maintain and uphold the core values and mission statement of
AVC
- Work with the Medical Director to provide leadership for the
clinical team and optimize daily workflow
- Be aware of the hospital climate and be on-site and available
to all employees
- Take a proactive approach to influence a positive and
collaborative work environment
- Be responsible for employee assessment, engagement, and
retention
- Connect with associates regularly to ensure consistent
communication and provide performance reviews
- Lead the support staff team through development and mentorship,
fostering great relationships with direct reports
- Manage work schedules for all associates
- Participate in onboarding new hires and facilitate all new hire
paperwork
- Address client concerns and develop client management
strategies
- Maintain a set of employment policies and employee manual
- Develop and grow hospital marketing program
- Be responsible for maintaining hospital inventory
- Build up and maintain relationships with the surrounding
veterinary community Salary: -Commensurate with
