*Pay is $31.00-$34.00 an hour and is based on experience*
NuView is seeking a Trade Show Manager to join our Marketing
Department. The Trade Show Manager will own the event function from
start to finish while working cross-functionally with the sales and
leadership teams, event associations, and other business entities.
The Trade Show Manager will primarily be responsible for planning
and executing NuView trade shows and hosted events. The Trade Show
Manager should have the ability to work with all client types
including speakers, sponsors, and event attendees.
The Trade Show Manager must be familiar with conference and trade
show strategies, planning, management, and execution, and can
manage all aspects of an event, from beginning to end, while
simultaneously balancing other events. The Trade Show Manager will
manage the execution of all marketing activities around national
and local trade shows.
Drive the strategy, execution, and return on investment of trade
shows, hosted events, and local field events for 25+ events per
Plan, execute, and manage timelines for sponsorships, and booth
space, including logistics such as equipment, exhibitor services,
vendors, marketing collateral, and promotional giveaways.
Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with
various trade organizations, vendors, and associations.
Manage speaking opportunities and proposals.
Manage the development and implementation of comprehensive
marketing plans for events and conferences, including direct mail,
email, social media, and digital geofencing advertising.
Utilize HubSpot to drive lead generation and report on campaign
performance, ROI, and CPL associated with events.
Manage an event budget by tracking and reporting on finances, and
processing invoices and payments.
Execute post-show meetings with the sales team to coordinate lead
imports into HubSpot and determine sales follow-up actions.
Develop conference playbooks for the sales team to prepare them for
each event ensuring successful execution and goal obtainment i.e.,
attendance, and show attire.
Ensure positive ROI on events.
Generate leads and execute market tactics that drive booth
Secure speaking slots for the sales team and senior-level
Developing a turn-key management system for event logistics &
Successfully execute NuView's annual investor retreat
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Management required or
2-3 years' experience managing 25+ trade shows/events a year.
Knowledge and experience with trade shows including logistics,
booth presence, integrated campaigns, etc.
Certified Trade Show Manager Certificate preferred.
Experience managing 6 figure budgets.
Highly organized with strong analytical and reporting skills.
Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation
