The F-35 Training & Logistics Integrated Program Planning Manager
is a functional leadership role within the Integrated Program
Planning organization with responsibility for Development,
Production, and Sustainment schedules for F-35 Training & Logistics
Programs within the Training & Logistics Solutions (TLS) Line of
Business within the Rotary & Mission Systems (RMS) business area.
This role will report to the TLS Integrated Program Planning Sr.
Manager and will be based in Orlando, FL.
The selected candidate will lead the integrated program planning
team of -15 employees to provide qualitative and quantitative data
analysis for program performance management leadership to meet
critical schedules, identify opportunities, and recommend actions
to mitigate program risks. This role serves as partner to the F-35
Training & Logistics Program Management leadership, the Lockheed
Martin Aeronautics Business Area (internal customer/prime contract
holder), and the RMS Earned Value Policy & Compliance organization
to communicate program status, address compliance risks, support
proposal efforts, and create value by impacting successful program
execution. This role will develop organizational talent through
recruiting, training, coaching, facilitating new assignments, and
building a pipeline for growth across the TLS and F-35 Training &
Logistics Program Planning team.
--- Earned Value Management skills, advanced integrated
cost/schedule management experience
--- Experience with the capture/proposal management process -
development and management of capture / proposal schedules
--- Experience developing strong relationships with Program
Management, Customers, Functional Leads
--- Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to work well
in team environment
--- Secret Clearance or ability to obtain
--- Experience in business leadership roles and proven track record
of success and high-performance including development of talent
--- Microsoft Project / Open Plan Knowledge including Integrated
Master Schedule and Integrated Master Plan development and
--- Demonstrated understanding of the Integrated Program Management
Report Data Item Description (IPMR DID)
--- Knowledge of integration with a Prime Contractor's Integrated
Master Schedule (IMS)
--- Critical Path Methodology; Schedule Risk Assessment and
Analysis; Risk & Opportunity Management
