We're looking for a Human Resources Benefits Administrator/Office Manager to join our growing team and help support our benefits strategy, administration, overall Human Resources processes, and running the office. This critical role reports to the President of Warm Management and will be the main point of contact for our Team Members in regard to Human Resources.

As the Benefits Administrator/Office Manager, you will serve as a key member collaborating regularly with Operations Vice Presidents, Director of Operations, General Managers, Payroll,
Marketing, and Recruitment /Onboarding Specialists throughout Florida and Minnesota for all Company Brands. This role provides support for benefits plans, which may include, but are not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life, accidental death, short-term and long-term disability, COBRA, leaves of absence, employee assistance programs, wellness programs, paid time off, and additional duties.

*Where You Come In*
--- Oversee the daily administration of employee benefit records including eligibility, elections, qualifying life events, and premium deductions through UltiPro
--- Responsible for benefit audits, reconciliation, and processing of monthly benefit plan invoices
--- Collaborate with external Benefit Partners to ensure that all aspects of the day-to-day benefits administration run efficiently
--- Evaluate, approve, and continually audit online enrollments, qualifying events, and terminations through UKGPro
--- Interact with Team Members (Hourly, Salaried, and Executives) via phone and email to answer and resolve questions/issues on benefit plan coverage and design
--- Manage the annual Open Enrollment from Start to Finish
--- Pull reports via UKGPro and Right View Web for internal department needs on a regular basis
--- Oversee the administration of payroll and manage any payroll inquires
--- Assist with the maintenance of benefits-related training and education including designing and maintaining content

--- Manage all federal, state, and local compliance filings, reports, and audits related to the administration of employee benefits programs

--- Manage leave administration process with vendor partners to mitigate risk, reduce lost time, and expedite the return to work process

--- Create and design Memorandums to be distributed throughout the organization
--- Other special projects and duties based on business needs
--- Organizing company events, conferences, and meetings
--- Ensure office efficiency by maintaining common areas, organizing procedures, handling correspondence, managing file systems, and overseeing supplies and equipment
--- Review vendor invoices to ensure accuracy and send them in for payment
--- Check mail and sign for packages
--- This job will continue to evolve and align with the overall business strategy

*What It Takes To Succeed*
--- You have Benefits administration experience with a solid knowledge of all Federal,

Statutory, and Local regulatory laws and ordinances such as the Family Medical Leave
Act (FMLA), Sick Safe, EEOC, etc.

--- You have strong written, verbal, and presentation skills to effectively communicate benefits and wellness strategies at all levels

--- You have advanced Microsoft Suite (Excel, Powerpoints, Word) skills (data manipulation, conditional formatting, pivot tables, dashboard, macros, etc)

--- You are a great team player - optimistic through tough challenges, and a strong promoter of team chemistry and professionalism

--- You have enthusiasm in a fast-paced, demanding environment while managing sensitive, confidential issues

--- You are extremely organized and detail-oriented.

*Personal And Professional Qualifications*
--- Preferred 3+ years of Human Resources experience in a fast-paced, highly analytical environment
--- UKGPro experience preferred
--- Preferable to have familiarity with self-funded plans
--- Impeccable discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information
--- Industry knowledge and corporate wellness experience including implementing and administering ongoing Benefits and Wellness programs
--- Knowledge of regulatory, compliance, and reporting requirements (federal, state, and local)
--- Excellent self-management, organizational, multi-tasking, and interpersonal skills
--- Detail-oriented and easily adaptable to change within a rapidly growing environment

--- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, or related discipline or equivalent benefits work experience
