We are currently seeking a Director of Pharmacy Network Relations .
This is a fully remote/work from home position.
Role and Responsibilities The Director of Pharmacy Network
Relations is responsible for the full range of pharmacy provider
relations and service interactions within Southern Scripts. The
Director of Pharmacy Network Relations designs and implements
programs to build and nurture positive relationships between the
Southern Scripts and our pharmacy network providers.
Responsibilities also include collaborating with the Director of
Pharmacy Network Operations to direct and implement strategies
relating to the development and management of a provider network,
identifying gaps in network composition and services to assist the
network contracting. Additional responsibilities may include
representing the network relationship with external Southern
Scripts clients and customers and being the subject matter expert
for specific product offerings. The Director of Pharmacy Network
Relations is required to perform, but not limited to, the following
duties and undertake the following responsibilities in a
professional manner:
Develop and execute strategies for a function or discipline that
span a large business unit or multiple markets/sites.
Create, establish, build, and retain relationships with Pharmacy
Network Providers and Staff.
Meet regularly with management, project teams, and functional team
leaders within pharmacy network provider groups and employer
clients to review performance metrics, provide network updates,
collaborate on projects, participate in population pharmacy
management discussions, and resolve issues.
Abide by all obligations under HIPAA related to Protected Health
Information (PHI).
Attend, complete, and demonstrate competency in all required HIPAA
Training offered by the company.

Supervisory Responsibility
The Director of Pharmacy Network Relations may have supervisory
responsibilities and direct reports.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work Full-time, salary/exempt
position.
Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be
available during the "core" work hours of 8:00AM to 5:00PM CT. We
cover clients from West to East Coast, work times must be adjusted
to cover meetings in all time zones. Ability to work extended
hours, weekends and holidays pursuant with industry demands.
Travel This position could require up to 10% travel from your
remote location.
Required Education and Experience Undergraduate degree or
equivalent experience
5 years of provider relations and/or network management
experience
4 years of management experience
Preferred Education and Experience: Master's degree
