FUNCTIONS

Director of Client ServicesMox-- is an award-winning, Central
Florida-based, full-service integrated marketing agency. With more
than 35 years in business and a passion for building brands and
delivering outstanding results that drive positive outcomes for our
clients, Mox-- seeks an experienced Account Manager -to help lead,
steward and grow multiple key accounts. -Experience in the
building/construction, architecture/engineering/design, contractor
or building services industries a plus. Bachelor's Degree required
and previous agency experience required.Note: this position is
located on-site at our offices in the Thorton Park area of Downtown
Orlando. -ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITYThe Account Manager will take
ownership for the daily management and operations of multiple
client projects, providing exceptional customer service and support
while assisting to develop integrated strategies to reach client
goals and objectives. -With a particular focus on advancing client
goals, the Account Strategy Manager will manage the daily
professional communication with assigned clients, working in tandem
with them to advance creative and marketing projects and
initiatives. As a true partner to the client, they will become
solutionist, providing the ideas and strategies necessary to add
value and problem-solve. -SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIESAccount
Management
- Serve as the lead point of contact for assigned client account
management matters
- Under the supervision of Account Director or Account Manager,
conduct strategy and marketing audits on client operations,
providing recommendations and solutions
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
and expand existing programs with assigned clients
- Act as a liaison between the client and the agency, and the
agency and the client, to ensure assets and projects are produced
and delivered on time
- Organization and planning of project tasks and deliverables,
assigning and monitoring assignments throughout the duration of the
project.
- Own project schedules, managing workflows and timelines while
tracking track threats and weaknesses to production timelines
- Manage internal team communication to ensure task
comprehension
- Partner with agency teams to understand and articulate client
goals and determine performance indicators
- With the assistance of Account Director or Account Manager,
develop 3, 6, 9, and 12-month integrated marketing roadmaps and
accompanying playbooks
- Develop creative briefs, strategy briefs, and client briefs to
accurately communicate essential information to internal team
members as appropriate
- Propose new opportunities to Account Services Director in
alignment with current marketing roadmaps for client
presentation
- Ensure that agency work maintains alignment with proposed
marketing goals
- Assist Director of Account Strategy (or others) with project
budget estimates and assumptions
- Prepare plans and reports for assigned clients
- Write high-quality press releases, blogs, case studies (or
similar) marketing content at a professional level.Quality
Assurance
- Review agency work for accuracy and alignment to creative
briefs, established client brand guidelines, and that goals and
objectives are being met
- Provide Q/A testing for functional deliverables (i.e. websites)
as necessary
- Provide proofreading and content loading support as
neededProject Management
- Work in to ensure project is well organized and managed
appropriately
- Working with Director of Account Services (or others), manage
project budget, including utilization, and manage production
appropriately
- Assist with business development activities, developing
proposals and statements of work with appropriate support
- Stay informed and involved on all project aspects by attending
relevant project meetings
- Facilitate monthly client invoicing
- Attend networking events as necessary
- Attend regular staff meetings and professional development
activities
- Stay current and relevant on marketing strategy and best
practices

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales
or relevant field
- Two to three years of account coordinator or marketing strategy
experience with a desire to expand and grow within the field
- Cross functional experience or knowledge in one or more
marketing specializations (digital, media, creative, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to speak comfortably and confidently with
key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including
executive and C-level
- Exceptional communication skills (written and
presentation)
- Proven ability to negotiate and overcome objections
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to meet customer
needs
- Ability to think critically and develop solutions in a
strategic manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and software
programs
- Strong organizational skills
- Mac proficient, MS Office proficientDESIRED
- Working understanding of content management systems, SEO, SEM,
digital and paid media, analytics, and content strategy
- Project management experience a plus
- CRM Experience (Sharpspring is a bonus)
- Experience with Workamajig and/or Monday project management
software tools
- Experience with budgeting and cost estimations (top-down
estimating)
- Agency experience is a bonus[MM1] -

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDSThis position is located on-site at our
offices in the Thornton Park area of Downtown Orlando. Minimal
travel required.Requires limited walking, climbing, bending,
kneeling, pushing, pulling, reaching, stooping and stretching.
Requires constant ability to move freely about the office building
and between job sites. Requires corrected vision and hearing to
normal range. -COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Base Pay: $60,000 to $70,000
