Intelligence and Performance Management to join our Digital Nexus
technology organization.Responsibilities:Define, develop, and
maintain BI reporting solutions including managing the full
development life cycle across multiple development projects,
working closely with IT and business management to identify and
translate complex business requirements into solution
designsProvide technical consulting and leadership, identifying and
implementing new uses of information technologies that assist the
functional business units in meeting their strategic
objectivesManage relationship with clients, ensuring high standards
and quality of technical solutions, keeping abreast of latest
technology developmentsOwn technical change management, source code
and technical documentation, utilizing best practicesMaintain
resource schedule for project team members; serve as a coach/mentor
for junior staff membersOversee and coordinate multiple engagements
across our project, operations, and support teams to ensure they
are completed on time and on budgetQualifications:Minimum five
years of relevant experience with BI tools such as PowerBI,
Tableau, Qlik as well as with data engineering and implementation
of Azure data servicesBachelor's degree from an accredited
college/university is preferredA solid understanding of security
models in Power BI and the ability to implement row level
restrictions; prior experience with ADF, SSIS, SSAS is a plus;
Advanced SQL skills; Knowledge of Alteryx is desired; Power BI
certification is preferredExperience leading teams consisting of
project, operations, and support teamsAbility to manage multiple
projects, operation, and support team engagements simultaneously;
strong knowledge and experience of Azure and Power Platform
including DevOps and CI/CDExcellent verbal/written communication
and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively interact
with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority;
must be able to multi-task, prioritize, delegate and foster the
development of a high-performing offshore/onsite development team
to lead/support an environment driven by customer service and
teamwork; able and willing to collaborate in a team environment;
ability to problem solve and have an attention to detail; proven
analytical thinking for translating data into informative visuals
