(varying based on experience and qualifications) + leasing commissionsOur Leasing Managersare the community's tech-savvy sales representatives who help to manage a team of Leasing Consultants to create an amazing customer experience. They know how to determine the needs of a potential resident, meet those needs with the perfect apartment home, and confidently close the sale. Whether they are finding a home for a potential resident or helping an existing resident, they aim to provide exceptional experiences and make a lasting impression while helping guide a like-minded team to do the same.Our ideal candidate will:
