For more information, visit www.meetingplay.com and www.aventri.com.Position Summary:Meeting Play + Aventri is seeking a talented Project Manager to be responsible for the overall planning, execution, management and reporting of client launches, implementations and deployments. This is a dynamic, customer-centric role which will require handling multiple projects concurrently while working closely with clients and internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will have experience managing strategic and enterprise customer projects and have the ability to drive project results, skillfully manage complex, cross-functional initiatives, and seamlessly communicate with all levels of an organization.Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide leadership for client project initiatives, serving as the internal and external project owner, and main point of contract, throughout all phases of the project
  • Develop and manage Aventri's client launch plans; create clear, attainable program objectives
  • Communicate effectively on a day-to-day basis with Aventri clients; partner with clients during the lifecycle of the onboarding program or project
  • Utilize process engineering, consultation and relationship building skills to identify and present event process enhancements to drive client success
  • Manage the project timeline and ensure all team members keep a detailed tracking of all project hours; manage project roles, identify resource requirements, manage project resources, define project deliverables and act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and clients
  • Work closely with clients and the Aventri team to manage project scope and create client-centric workflows and processes that maximize client outcomes
  • Review project deliverables prior to client review, assess and provide improve recommendations where required; proactively manage client expectations
  • Assist in preparing and delivering clear and concise activity/progress reports to clients, stakeholders and Aventri leadership; clearly communicate and manage risks
  • Manage the project closing process, conduct post implementation reviews with clients, lessons learned reviews with internal teams and work with Aventri leadership team to implement improvement areas
  • Attend and present professional services information at pre-sales meetings with clients
  • Participate in client needs assessment reviews, create scoping briefs for the Professional Services Team and present scope, pricing and delivery quotes to internal team and client
  • Partner with Sales Directors/Account Managers to communicate new professional services opportunities to clients to drive additional revenue
  • Manage multiple projects at any given time while adhering to established deadlines and exceeding client expectations
  • Provide online support and session facilitation for online Virtual Events hosted on the Aventri platform, as needed
  • Up to 25% travel per year to deliver Aventri solutions onsite at client events and to participate in in-person client meetingsEducation, Experience, & Skills Required:
    • Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • 5 years' experience working on software implementation projects for strategic/enterprise customers.
    • Excellent problem solving, analytical and time management skills
    • Ability to balance competing demands from multiple client projects while remaining structured and organized
    • Experience with requirements gathering initiatives and writing use cases
    • Experience with strategic planning (phasing strategies, roadmaps, risk mitigation, etc.) and utilizing PM software tools (MS Project, Smartsheets)
    • Knowledge of databases, HTML, Photoshop a plus.
    • Strong presentation and meeting management skills
    • Strong interpersonal, negotiation and relationship building skills
    • Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized
