Job Description Comfort Craft is a small, family-run manufacturer that has been in the business for over 30 years. Our team manufactures custom massage and bodywork tables for a variety of clients in the healthcare industry including massage therapist, physical therapist, hospitals, athletic teams, and chiropractors, We boast a fun and friendly work atmosphere where we aim to teach and make everyone feel welcome. Comfort Craft is seeking a Administrative Assistant/Office Manager at our small manufacturing facility in the Casselberry area to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company---s general administrative activities to ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office. Responsibilities Answer and direct phone calls Organize and schedule appointments Assist with Customer Service Support Admin and Sales Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and sales materials Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients Skills Experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Proficient in Microsoft Office, Knowledge of CRM Software (ACT) a plus Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Attention to detail and problem solving skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task Must have good Customer Service skills Marketing and/or Sales experience a plus Must have a positive attitude and be a team player Non-Smoking office. 24-35 hours weekly M-Th Company Description Comfort Craft is a small, family-run manufacturer that has been in the business for over 30 years.
