customer advocates and stakeholders to uncover the right

a proven professional in one or more functions in the marketing
field, you have the relationship-building, storytelling, and

global Customer Reference and Customer Advocacy Programs for
high-tech industry leaders. From program design and development, to
advocate recruitment, request fulfillment, and content development,
Big Sky works with its clients to engage advocates, uncover
compelling stories, and provide creative ways to share them.

Informatica, Pure Storage, SAP, ServiceNow, Matterport, VMware, and
more. The Opportunity: As a Customer Advocacy Manager, you will
execute day-to-day Customer Reference and Customer Advocacy Program
activities for the assigned high-tech client(s). This role works
collaboratively with our client(s) and internal account teams to
identify and recruit advocates, engage them in sales and marketing
activities, and oversee content development. This role works with
client teams to execute the desired strategy and achieve desired
results. In this role, you will: Conduct outreach to and drive
relationship development with client sales teams and customers to
identify and engage customer advocates for sales and marketing
activities Manage incoming requests from stakeholders in sales and
marketing to fulfill requests for customer advocates to participate
in sales (peer-to-peer referencing), as well as in general
marketing, PR, AR, events, and other activities Collaborate with
clients--- analyst relations teams to engage customers to
participate in influential analyst research, including Forrester
Wave, Gartner Magic Quadrant, and IDC MarketScape reports, among
others. Establish and execute strategies and tactics to drive
customer reviews on sites including Gartner Peer Insights, G2, and
TrustRadius Coordinate and conduct customer interviews to capture
each customer---s potential story and assess their suitability to
participate in reference activities, marketing content, media
opportunities, and more Craft story angles and work with writers
and design teams to produce high-quality content --- including
customer stories, blogs, social media, slides, and more --- that
aligns with a client---s program strategy and key messaging Manage
content through development, reviews and approval cycles, and
publishing Interact regularly with client contacts to provide
status updates on program activities in progress Collaborate with
clients, internal teams, and external vendors to accomplish work,
as needed Track program activities in clients--- systems and
provide ongoing support for program reporting Assist with special
projects and other activities as needed Requirements Competencies

Advocacy Expertise: You understand how customer references and
customer advocacy impacts a company---s sales efforts. You have
experience using common Customer Marketing technology platforms,
including Influitive, SlapFive, Crowdvocate, Upland/RO Innovation,
or Point of Reference, a plus. Experience with Salesforce also
beneficial. Your work shows your solid communication and editing
skills. You---ve produced work that demonstrates a grasp of
technical subjects and business trends. Strategic Thinking &
Judgement: You think strategically and creatively to meet client
objectives. You exercise independent judgment, critical thinking,
and follow-through to execute projects from initial stage through
completion. Project & Workflow Management: You complete projects on
time, on budget, and the work product is high-quality. You are

detail-oriented, process-driven programs. You excel in your ability
to prioritize work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Self-directed and resourceful, you---ve demonstrated your ability
to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Your experience includes:
Bachelor---s Degree required 3 or more years of experience
supporting customer reference, customer advocacy, marketing, PR, or
AR programs Prior agency or consulting experience a plus Experience
with peer review platforms such as Gartner Peer Insights, G2, or
