Job Description HR Specialist & Office Manager --- Orlando FL
Office Administration Area: -- Answer phone calls and redirect them
to the respective departments. -- Greeting visitors and the public,
serve as the first point of contact for customers (walk-in,
telephone, email, etc.) -- Develop service proposals, product
quotes and handle the registration process as "Vendors" with leads.
-- Identify, develop and monitor auction opportunities by reading
of sheets, identification of requirements, organizing auction
packages and/or managing associated portals. -- Development of
service proposals for private industry including the preparation
and/or modification of business presentations. -- Follow-up and
development to auction opportunities. -- Support warehouse
administrative management, maintaining inventory levels and
including sales and/or dispatch of products for internal and
external customers. -- Make telemarketing calls to existing and new
customers to create new business and maintain and update lists of
prospective customers and referrals. -- Assist in the billing of
products and services sold by entering the billings into the
system. -- Generate departmental reports, as requested. Human
Resources Area: -- Identify staffing needs, determine selection
criteria, potential candidate sources through online channels. --
Interview, evaluate and select non-exempt and supervisory level
candidates. -- Develop and maintain region's talent bank. --
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events. Analyze
current recruitment processes and suggest areas for improvement. --
Maintains human resources information system logs and compiles
database reports. -- Conducts new hire training. -- Analyze human
resources trends and metrics to assist in the development of
solutions, programs and policies. -- Maintain depth knowledge of
legal requirements related to human resources management, reducing
legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance. -- Work closely
with management and employees to improve labor relations, build
morale, increase productivity and retention. -- Manage specific
projects as needed and provide human resources guidance in
functional and multifunctional initiatives. -- Participates in the
development of objectives and systems of the department. -- Assist
supervisors in the time and attendance process. Requirements: --
Bachelor---s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or
equivalent experience. -- Intermediate level to expert in the
management of ADP, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office (Word, Power
Point and Excel). -- Excellent e-mail domain and office team. --
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills -- High level
of organizational skills. -- Fully Bilingual: English and Spanish
(Oral and Written at professional level). -- Management of
Proposals, Quotes, Auctions (preferred) -- Experience in customer
service or direct sales. -- Experience in high-volume recruitment
and human resources management. Company Description Prime
