About the role
Be On Park is looking for an organized office manager to implement systems in the office that maximize functionality and efficiency while providing thoughtful leadership and collaboration. The role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness and communication. Ideal candidates must have a strong attention to detail and great analytical skills.
Responsibilities

• Processing payroll
• Accounts payable and receivable
• Invoicing
• Receiving inventory
• Inventory adjustments & building assemblies
• Team building
• Administer any changes in company policies, memos, holiday schedules, etc.
• Banking (deposits, credit card payments, reconciliations for bank account and credit cards, etc.)
• Tax filing
• Processing and distributing new orders
• Daily, weekly, monthly, and annual office and sales reports
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
  Candidate Requirements
  
  • Proven experience as an office manager, front office manager or administrative assistant
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks online, Shopify & POS systems
  • Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Work experience in accounting is preferred
