CE Florida currently has an exciting Business Development Manager opportunity. Company Website: SUMMARY The Business Development Manager will be an integral part of the management team. This position will report to the President and lead a team of Business Development Representative (BDR) professionals to drive sales and margin growth for the Florida region. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Manage BDR team(s) in achieving sales and margin growth goals * Conduct weekly progress reviews on account activity with BDR's * Be an advocate of the sales channel to develop, execute and monitor sales programs * Develop and implement market growth strategies that drive results for this sales channel * Use technology and analyze metrics/data to achieve goals; build on Opportunity Process * Report out to management on results and actions being taken; track % sales, %GM growth, %sales on-line, account activity, and account management * Participate in the recruiting process to hire and train BDR's: Develop, coach and motivate the BDR team to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved, and monthly sales and growth targets are met. Requirements * High school or equivalent (Required); Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related degree desired * 3+ year of demonstrated sales leadership in HVAC sales, to include sales and margin growth * CRM experience preferably * Customer-oriented approach with the ability to listen and understand customer needs Qualifications: * Must have strong communication skills, a strong worth ethic, high energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for sales * Must be a self-starter, articulate and possess excellent presentation, phone and written communication skills. * Proven ability to handle, adapt, and provide solutions * Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial work environment while demonstrating the ability to focus on results * Qualified candidates will possess strong business decision making skills and a solid financial acumen * Solid problem-solving abilities and proven negotiating skills; high sense of urgency * Engaging leadership style that builds and sustains credibility with vendors, staff, colleagues and customers.
