The Manager, Total Rewards will work with People Leadership (CPO and SR Director of HR) to design, implement and manage all aspects of the Company's Compensation and Benefits programs. This role is a key part of the People Leadership team and close partner and advisor to the business executive team. This is a high impact role leading the efforts for the compensation and benefits solutions to meet the strategic objectives of the company and to attract, retain and motivate talent. This position can be remote with occasional travel to our hub offices in the US (Orlando, Charleston, Salt Lake City). WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE: * Define a vision and strategy for Total Rewards that reinforces our business strategy, financial objectives and culture. * Partner with CPO to design, implement and execute the Company's compensation programs, ensuring that they are consistent with the Company's Total Rewards strategy and aligned with the Company's business objectives * Responsible for the administration of the Company's compensation programs, including management of the year-end compensation planning process * Create compensation policies, guidelines and procedures and recommend revisions. * Lead the development and implementation of compensation related HR systems and other tools to support and create efficiencies with regard to compensation planning and administration * Continually assess the competitiveness of all Total Rewards programs and practices against the relevant comparable companies, industries and markets; includes maintaining the Company's participation in compensation surveys * Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition colleagues regarding specific compensation issues, including new hire offers and other employee pay considerations * Collaborate with Finance to provide estimates, forecasts and spend for compensation programs * Oversee efforts to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and direct course of action * Create and implement manager and employee compensation communication materials BENEFITS * Responsible for the strategy and management of Benefits programs * Play a key role in managing relationships with third-party consultants and benefit providers * Review of Benefits on an annual basis and ensure programs are effectively designed, implemented and communicated. OTHER * Partners with CPO and HR Directors on varied and complex projects, frequently providing analytical and technical support * Demonstrated ability to influence leaders at the senior level of the organization About You EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE * Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree and/or professional certifications preferred * 5+ years of progressive compensation responsibility, including experience in running compensation programs' year-end compensation cycles; benefits responsibility a plus * Experience with sales compensation design preferred, SaaS company experience, global experience nice to have * Experience with global job architecture and career paths a plus. NECESSARY SKILLS * Advanced user skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook) * Strong knowledge of quantitative analysis techniques used in compensation analyses * Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with proven ability to demonstrate data interpretation that maps back to business terms and outcomes * Experience in using Human Resource management systems, including compensation modules * Excellent communication skills (both oral and written), as defined by the ability to create and deliver effective correspondence and presentations to Senior Management * Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail; keen ability to multi-task and prioritize work deliverables as needs evolve * Ability to build relationships, collaborate and influence others What We Offer * Great compensation package, including a full suite of benefits. * The chance to work for a fast-growing, established tech company, and work side-by-side with a dynamic team of talented professionals. * Fast-paced environment with big goals and the opportunity to make a big impact.
