Job Description:

We are looking for a professional food and beverage manager to be responsible for managing all food and beverage operations and for delivering an excellent guest experience! The successful candidate will be able to manage all facets of a food and beverage operation.OPERATIONS

  • Oversees culinary & beverage operations at multiple properties.
  • Create menus and wine lists, both content and pricing with Food & Beverage Director.
  • Ensures that superb promotions are held in all outlets regularly to generate business.
  • Ensure perfect appearance and hygiene of all service staff.
  • Personally discuss all non-routine matters with the Director of Food & Beverage
  • Develops specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work.
  • Implement the vision and direction from the Director of Food & Beverage to bring together and prioritize the departmental goals in a way that will be efficient and effective.
  • Verifies all banquet functions are up to standard and exceed guest's expectations.
  • Manages day-to-day operations, drives quality, and verifies standards are meeting the expectations of the customers daily.
  • Make sure all POS procedures and processes are always adhered to.
  • Regularly check all areas for maintenance requirements and follow up.
  • Ensure tightest control over Food & Beverage security of outlets, storage, and offices.SERVICE CULTURE
    • Drives alignment of all employees to the brand's service culture.
    • Sets service expectations for all guests internally and externally.
    • Takes ownership of a guest complaint/problem until it is resolved, or it has been addressed by the appropriate manager or employee.
    • Provides services that are above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention.TEAM
      • Responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, and counseling food and beverage service staff.
      • Write schedules, approve, or deny requests, ensure coverage and monitors timekeeping and absenteeism.
      • Provides guidance and direction to team members, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance.
      • Conducts performance reviews in a timely manner.
      • Identifies the developmental needs of others and coaches, mentors, or otherwise helps others to improve their knowledge or skills.
      • Identifies the educational needs of others, develops formal educational or training programs or classes, and teaches or instructs others.
      • Develop action plans to attack need areas and expand on strengths based on employee engagement and guest satisfaction results.
      • Supervises and manages employees. Manages all day-to-day operations.
      • Understands employee positions well enough to perform duties in employees' absence.
      • Responds quickly and proactively to employee's concerns.
      • Provides a learning atmosphere with a focus on continuous improvement.
      • Provides proactive coaching and counseling to team members.FINANCIAL
        • Manage all financial, and guest satisfaction plans and actions for Food and Beverage department.
        • Maintains a positive cost management index for food and beverage operations.
        • Establish and maintain (ordering of Food & Beverage) par stock of all related F&B items alcohol.
        • Monitor bar results and conduct a monthly inventory for both food & beverage.
        • Monitor food and beverage cost results and discuss with Food & Beverage Director.
        • Monitors and maintains the productivity level of employees.
        • Complies with all corporate accounting procedures.Other duties may be assigned as business demands.Job Type: Full-timePay: $55,000.00 per yearBenefits:
