We are looking for a Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love. Product managers are responsible for crowdsourcing, developing, and curating ideas that will deliver value to customers. They own the organization's idea management process and determine which ideas should be promoted into features to push the product strategy forward.

You will work closely with the product development, UI/UX design and customer-facing teams to make sure that the products Schoox creates are of the highest quality standard and create the most lovable product experience for our users and customers, aligning to our business objectives and product vision.

As Product Manager you will understand the user experience, the needs of our customers, write business requirements for software development based on user stories, and facilitate a collaborative environment among cross-functional teams. You will work closely with other product and business strategists, client success managers, business development agents, and front-end and back-end developers to develop innovative and engaging solutions. Your most fundamental job is to understand and empathize with the end user and advocate for them at every turn.

You Will Execute Across These Activities
Represent the voice of the customer in in design and development of products.
Document product reports such as user stories, requirements, functional annotations, design of systems, etc.
Direct design plans to advance company's digital product base, implement said plans upon approval, assign project activities to personnel and monitor milestone and completion progress.
Drive operational success from ideation through roll-out and delivery of Schoox digital products
Provide product recommendations that consider the full range of users' cross-channel touchpoints, motivations, and pain points.
Facilitate stakeholder workshops and feedback sessions that drive thoughtful decisions.
Research and understand the target audiences' needs, tasks, and goals and lead the creation of relevant artifacts, such as personas, user stories, and journey maps.
Provide post-launch reporting to gauge the impact of features and products
Communicate the product vision both internally and with key external partners by providing insights on the product roadmap and key differentiators of new developments.
Remain knowledgeable about latest trends in the learning and talent development technology space.
Build deep, collaborative partnerships with other Schoox cross-functional product & business strategists by understanding a current and prospective clients' and stakeholder needs.
Ensure we are creating a compelling, consistent, and connected journey for the user in the Schoox product environment.
Drive business outcomes through both qualitative and quantitative analysis. Champion the overall development and launch of new experiences that delight our users.
Work closely with our users, research, and customer success to understand and address user needs.
Ensure appropriate prioritization and allocation of resources for various projects and deliverables, both within and across business unit teams, related to the product strategy roadmap.
Promote thinking about product strategy throughout the organization and help the Product organization deliver products efficiently, timely, and with the highest quality to represent the Schoox product brand.

The Experience You Need

3+ years of experience in product, program, or project management (or another related field).
3+ years facilitating cross-functional groups or managing corporate-wide implementations.
Demonstrated experience in SaaS/PaaS or a digital product base.
Experience and demonstrated understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
Experience authoring business requirements and specifications as clear guidance for designers and developers.
Experience defining effective product success measures.
Experience implementing rollouts of products or services to a large consumer base.
Demonstrated ability to communicate and partner across an organization.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and maintain operational processes that scale.
Proficiency with project-/program-related management tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira, Asana, Trello, Zoho Projects, Wrike, etc.).
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with key business decision-makers and various stakeholders in an empathetic, clear, and concise manner.

Knowledgeable in lean management, Six Sigma, Kanban, or other operational or process management techniques.

Job Environment

Employees of Schoox work independently from home offices. Each employee should have the capacity within their home to set up a work environment or office. Schoox provides a computer, phone stipend and office supplies for all employees.
