The Opportunity: The Special Operations Coordinator supports the
Orlando site by facilitating project coordination, scheduling, and
communication among stakeholders. This role is essential for
ensuring that product initiatives align with business goals and
that the team remains focused on delivering value to customers. The
daily work of a Special Operations Coordinator involves
administrative, logistical, and communicative tasks designed to
maintain operational flow. These duties focus on addressing
potential bottlenecks and reacting quickly to immediate needs
within the business environment. The coordinator manages both
physical resources and informational assets, functioning as a
versatile generalist. Responsibilities: Capital asset tracking
Consumables management Equipment preventive maintenance Manage
tracking of all equipment requiring calibration Coordinate Capital
Equipment Requisitions ESD functionality & compliance Maintenance
of production bench Coordinate Facility maintenance and updates
with internal and external responsible departments Support
Production floor PC maintenance and updates Support Production
station set-up and updates Tracking management of all production
tooling and fixtures Support procurement and supply chain functions
by monitoring stock levels of consumable materials, and office
supplies. Initiating replenishment orders, ensuring resources are
distributed to the appropriate departments in a timely manner.
Provide support to the senior Management Team (Production
Operations). Assisted with special projects, staff training and
other general office tasks as needed or assigned. Manage workflows,
processes, procedures, standards and checklists. Qualifications:
Required: Four years Previous Work Experience in a production
control, inventory control or purchasing role Four years of
experience working in an MRP/ERP system General understanding of
how to follow detailed work instructions and record required
information in MRP and Procurement systems Requires a High School
Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of seven years of prior
relevant experience or Secondary/Associates Degree or equivalent
from two-year college or technical school with five years related
experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education

factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited
to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor
categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience,
specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
