Be the Quality Engineer for the TLS F-35 program, providing coaching, mentoring, and constructive feedback to the TLS F-35 Integrated Production Team. You will assist the Quality department with the implementation of digital enhancements to improve efficiencies and costs. Create Release Record Report (triple-R) and review/approve other Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) items. Work directly with the assigned quality program manager on the program to ensure quality products are delivered on time to contract. Monitor and document defects in your areas and create presentations detailing areas for improvements and opportunities for additional training. Attend Operational Excellence Team meetings to present documented defects to drive improvements and reduce defects. Ensure that performance and quality products conform to established company and regulatory standards. Monitor the review, analyses, and report on quality discrepancies related to assembly, process, mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical systems. Lead investigations of problems, develop dispositions, and implement and ensure compliance with corrective actions for recurring discrepancies. Interface with senior management, manufacturing, engineering, customer, vendor, and subcontractor representatives to ensure requirements are met. Monitor recommendations for corrective actions, dispositions, and modifications.

- DCMA experience in an aerospace company performing Route Cause Corrective Actions, customer Sell-offs, and Process reviews. - Experience working directly on the TLS F-35 program or as a member of the TLS F-35 production IPT - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education. - Ability to obtain a clearance - Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to form strong work relationships. - Detailed knowledge with the set-up and execution/troubleshooting of programs on a CMM or Faro arm (or other portable 7-axis CMM). - Demonstrable ability to recognize bad data sets during an inspection/engineering evaluation and the knowledge/drive to troubleshoot the operation to ensure good data is recorded. - Usage of a handheld laser scanner set up and operation - Detailed familiarity with Camio, PolyWorks, PolyWorks Inspector, and Calypso
- Ability to clearly and concisely communicate issues and defects/failures
Desired Skills:
Familiarity SAP, Renishaw Fixture builder, G-code, or other CAD programming experience
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
