Profession Field Operations Work Location Schedule Full-time Description Sita is the leading provider of integrated audio-visual communication systems for the airport, airline and mass transit industries. As an infrastructure Engineer, your role will be to provide advanced troubleshooting and repair of complex display, perform preventive maintenance services, and installation of our systems throughout the airport. What you will do:
--- Installation of our equipment, including monitors, wall and ceiling mounts, signs, racks, along with excellent cable management
--- Efficiently learn new software, troubleshoot and repair LAN cabling and connected devices such as video monitors, LED and LCD displays and video controllers.
--- Troubleshooting serial signal distributed computer display systems
--- Ability to use test equipment to troubleshoot digital hardware to a component level.
--- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills, inclusive of the ability to communicate -
technical issues to non-technical people
--- The position will require a non-standard work week, as the support for site is 7 days a week/365 day a year (Weekend work and holiday work will be likely)
--- Implements builds and supports infrastructure systems and platforms in accordance with agreed standards meeting the agreed technical and functional business requirements and specifications.
--- Ensures the integration of the requirements matches that of interacting systems applications and services both inside and outside of SITA in the wider airline community.
--- Participates in sections of single or multiple projects ensuring the solution(s) developed meet both the projects' functional and business requirements. Qualifications Who you are:
--- At least 3 years' experience in implementation or support of infrastructure platforms application deployments implementing systems and modules with experience in multiple full lifecycle implementations.
--- Good experience with Server administrative skills
--- Good experience with Sql
--- Good experience with Xml template
--- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferably in Computer Science IT Engineering Mathematics or similar. What we offer: -
