• Set goals and manage the team of Web Developers and QA Engineers building and deploying robust, scalable systems.
• Must be able and willing to be hands-on and take on full SDLC responsibilities to assist the team, including architectural review, technology research and testing and deployment.
• Work with cross functional teams and assist product owners in planning, estimating and scheduling.
• Coach and mentor Engineering team members.What You Need for this Position
  • 5+ years of web development experience, preferably in PHP or other front end technologies (VueJS, React or Angular)
  • 2+ years experience managing an Engineering team of Web Developers and QA Engineers
  • Must be experienced in building customer facing web applications
  • Bachelors in Computer Science required (or equivalent degree), Master of Science preferred
  • Proficient in web hosting and web architecture
  • Must have the Technical and Managerial knowledge to guide and make architectural decisions to ensure the team is building efficient and reusable services, APIs, and web applicationsWhat's In It for You
