Responsibilities include managing projects, performing calculations, equipment selection and design. We are considering Mechanical Engineer candidates who possess the following minimum qualifications:* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.* Minimum of 5 years of experience in the design of HVAC systems, Plumbing and Fire Protection for educational buildings, aviation/port buildings, municipal/county buildings, and industrial buildings.* Experience working with HVAC load calculating software.* Professional registration as a PE--in Florida required.* Certification as a Commissioning Authority (CxA) or ability to become certified highly preferred.* Proficiency in REVIT required.* Working knowledge of AutoCAD would be strongly preferred as would experience with Bluebeam.* Relationships with local architecture firms and the ability to develop business highly preferred.* Good communication skills and the ability to work independently are crucial.Why GRAEF?
