Responsibilities Lead Missile Integration and Test Engineer-

experienced Systems Integration and Test (I&T) Engineer to
serve as a team member for an exciting Orlando, Florida opportunity
on the Air-to-Ground Missile System (AGMS) weapons development
program. You will lead tasks related to both Design and
Requirements and Integration and Test.
Due to the classified nature of this program all work must be
performed onsite and you must have an active Secret security
clearance for this role.
As a team member, you will be responsible for the planning and
execution of all weapon platform interface tasks on the program
along with the following key tasks:
- Delivering effective Customer presentations that include
performance results, schedule status, and corrective action
- You will handle test equipment management including function,
calibration and security requirements.
- Verify that test data is recorded and cataloged
- Developing Test Plans, Procedures, and Reports.
- Leading TRRs.
- Testing and Troubleshooting Hardware [SAL - -Testing, Radar,
Tower Testing, and Field Testing].
- Test Coordination [Security, Shipping, Logistics].
- Work closely with other engineering disciplines to resolve
- Data analysis and reduction using Matlab, excel and other data
- Hardware requirements updates.
- Guidance Section and AUR build coordination.
- Communication with subcontractors.

- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related
discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 9
years or more of professional experience; or 7 years of
professional experience with a related Masters degree.
- Prior missile development program, test planning/execution, and
test report generation experience.
- Understanding and ability to handling hardware.
- Experience with test labs (D-lab, NTS).
- Testing and troubleshooting skills.
- Active Secret Security clearance or higher.
-Preferred experience with AMSTAR and ALSPES at Redstone
- Knowledge of subsystem HW/SW capabilities, sensor capability,
emitter capability, and permissions for their use.
- Experience designing a system verification process that is
performed to well-constructed I&T Plans derived from DOORS
- Secret or higher clearance with an investigation completed within
