Job Description Job Description Salary: Residency The Journey residency is designed to see the next generation of church leaders grow personally, spiritually, and professionally. We're excited to invite you to a fast-paced experience working hands-on with our incredible Journey staff. Think God is calling you towards ministry? Join us as a Journey Resident! The Journey Residency is a two-year, full-time leadership training program designed to give hands-on experience working with one of the staff teams of the church, personal mentoring, and leadership training to equip emerging leaders who feel called to vocational church ministry. The Residency is designed for adults ages 21-25 who are college graduates and called to ministry. Term There are three onboarding times throughout the year: January, May, and August. Compensation Two-year leadership development Free Housing Leadership Conferences Weekly Leadership Training Monthly Stipend Coaching from top ministry professionals Mission Trip Opportunities Areas of Ministry Training Kids's Ministry Student Ministry - CURRENTLY OUR STUDENT MINISTRY RESIDENCY IS AT CAPACITY. WE ARE NOT TAKING STUDENT MINISTRY APPLICATIONS AT THIS TIME.
