Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A Speech
Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Deltona, FL,
serving K-12 students within a dynamic school setting. This
contract position spans the current school year, offering a chance
to impact student communication skills across various grade levels,
from elementary through high school. Responsibilities include:
Delivering speech and language therapy services to students K-12.
Collaborating with educators and families to develop and implement
individualized education plans. Conducting assessments and
maintaining accurate documentation of student progress. Providing
support in both full-time and part-time capacities, with potential
itinerant responsibilities across multiple school sites.
Participating in team meetings and contributing to overall student
success strategies. Qualifications: Masters Degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Science Disorders, or a
related field. Current Florida State License to practice as a
Speech Language Pathologist. Certificate of Clinical Competence
(CCC) from ASHA. Experience working with school-aged children
preferred. Ability to manage a caseload spanning multiple grade
levels. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Location &
Schedule: Position based in Deltona, FL. Contract duration: January
2, 2025, through May 29, 2026. Full-time roles (35 hours per week)
and part-time positions (approx. 25 hours per week) available.
Possible hybrid work arrangement, with some on-site presence
