The pay is $13.50 and up depending on experience and qualifications. This is an onsite role at our center location: 8257 Narcoosse Park Dr. Orlando, FL 32822The Toddler Teacher plans and implements curriculum, serves as a model and mentor, and coordinates engaging developmental activities for children. You'll have the opportunity to build a dynamic classroom environment, create fun-filled learning activities, and support the growth and success of children.What You'll Do:--- Coordinate and implement educational curriculum by developing classroom activities based on developmentally appropriate practices and early learning standards--- Lead by example and encourage teaching team success through modeling and coaching--- Plan individual and group age-appropriate activities to engage children and encourage social, cognitive, and emotional growth--- Follow all Cub Academy policies and state regulations--- Maintain a personal professional development plan to ensure continuous quality improvementWhat We Need from You:--- Minimum of 30 Credits in ECE--- Must clear a full background check--- At least 1 year of professional early childhood training/experience and 1 year of childcare experience preferred--- CPR Certification--- DCF 45 hours Required--- CDA Required--- Minimum Associates Degree in Education and/or Related FieldWhy You'll Love Working for Us:--- Professional development assistance--- Tuition reimbursement--- Bonus payCOVID-19 considerations: Limits on classroom visits.
