About the Role We are looking for a reliable and skilled Lead
Concrete Coating Installer to join our growing team. This role is
responsible for leading a small crew, completing high-quality
installations, and ensuring each job is done safely and on time. If

Do * Prepare concrete surfaces (grinding, cleaning, crack repair) *
Install epoxy, polyurea, and polyaspartic coating systems * Apply
basecoats, flakes, and topcoats * Lead a 1-2 person crew on job
sites * Ensure all work meets quality standards * Complete jobs on
schedule Responsibilities * Drive company truck and transport
equipment * Set up and clean job sites * Train and support team
members * Communicate with customers in a professional way *
Maintain a safe and organized work environment Requirements * 2
years of concrete coating experience preferred * Experience using
concrete grinders and tools * Leadership or crew lead experience is
a plus * Valid driver's license * Ability to lift 50 lbs * Able to
work long, active days Compensation & Benefits * $25-$35 per hour
