This role is critical in aiding our construction projects by ensuring operational efficiency and supporting field staff. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, assisting in the implementation of cutting-edge technological solutions to meet modern construction challenges. Assist in the preparation, maintenance, and organization of construction sites, materials, and equipment Support project managers and field staff to ensure project deliverables are met according to safety, quality, and regulatory standards Coordinate the transport and delivery of equipment and materials to job sites Monitor inventory and order construction materials as needed Record detailed notes and inputs on job specifications and site conditions Help in setting up and dismantling machinery under the guidance of more experienced staff Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained and in good working condition Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment Ability to read and interpret documents like safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals Strong communication skills Basic math skills and capability to manage inventory Physical stamina and strength to handle labor-intensive tasks Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k OSHA Safety Training Certification is highly preferred Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
