Job Description:

In this role, you will oversee a diverse range of building projects from conception to completion, maintaining our reputation for operational excellence. You will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, while aligning with ABM’s mission to make a difference, every person, every day. You will be playing a crucial role in direct project planning, budget management, and stakeholder communication. Direct and manage project development from beginning to end. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary. Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel. Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. Strong project management skills Proficient in MS Project or similar project management software Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities Contract negotiation Conflict resolution experience Risk management Adaptability and ability to manage multiple priorities Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k PMP (Project Management Professional) certification Certified Facility Manager (CFM) preferred
