you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of
concrete construction projects. Your expertise will ensure that
projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest

technical guidance and support to field supervision. Perform
inspections and document findings. Assist in planning and
scheduling construction activities. Coordinate manpower, tools,
equipment, and materials. Collaborate with superintendents and
other team members. Qualifications: Proven experience in concrete
construction and field operations Strong knowledge of concrete
materials, mix design, and industry standards Familiarity with
construction methodologies, practices, and techniques Ability to
interpret engineering drawings and specifications Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving
skills and attention to detail Proficiency in construction software
