Job Description:
Our client, a leader in facility management services, is seeking
a Facilities Technician to join their team. As a Facilities
Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department
supporting operational excellence and safety. The ideal candidate
will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to
detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in
the organization. Job Title: Facilities Technician Location:
Pinellas, FL Pay Range: $30-34/hour Shift: Monday to Friday,
7am-4pm What's the Job? Monitor the facility to ensure safety,
security, and proper maintenance. Assist with preventive
maintenance and general repairs, including troubleshooting power,
HVAC, and mechanical systems. Perform carpentry, plumbing, and
vendor management tasks as needed. Replace lighting bulbs and
ballasts to maintain optimal lighting conditions. Support moving
office furniture, machinery, and equipment as required. What's
Needed? High school diploma or GED required. 2-4 years of relevant
experience in maintenance or facilities support. Basic knowledge of
machines, tools, and repair techniques. Strong interpersonal
skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. Ability
to work independently and manage time effectively. What's in it for
